2. Hass yellow skin with green streaks throughout,

3. The flesh has a juicy orange flavor.

…what sets it apart from ALL THE OTHERS is:

  1. Its Unique Fragrance and flavor. When its juice hits your throat–its like you’ve drank the wine of the angels.
  2. It’s so good that the melons are used in gourmet restaurants to sweeten salads. In refreshing drinks such as fruit punches or daiquiris.

One buyer who had a taste of this Hami melon said this joyfully…

“The flavor profile of this melon is reminiscent to a very sweet cantaloupe, with more flavor and firmer crunchy texture.”

Another one said this heartily…

“These melons are sweet and refreshing and are a wonderful addition to breakfast.”

To make them taste even better try them with a sprinkle of ginger, salt, or a squeeze of lemon or lime.

Hami Melon Melons Come From these Areas of China

“Where in China do these melons come from?” You may ask.

Well, its the people of Xinjiang who been bequeathed the this awesome responsibility.

And they are working hard to fulfil it.

As we speak, they’ve already devoted 2,172 hectares for the crop in Tuyugou Village.

This acreage reperesents 45% of Hami production vlolume in Shanshan county.

The advantage of growing the fruit in Shanshan  is that the melons mature faster, and stay longer in the market.

To achieve this feat, they have to grow the summer fruit in March.

and in three months (earliest Hami melons enter the market in late May.

The peak production and sales period is in Mid June and lasts until late June.
